About Me

Photography was only a hobby most of my 24-year U.S. Air Force officer career. Fortunately, during my time as an Electrical Engineering Professor at the United States Air Force Academy I began supporting cadets/students and the intercollegiate media teams with photo/video coverage of various sports. The talent and devotion of these young adults is awe inspiring. My love for capturing emotion with light has led to the portfolio contained here. I most enjoy live sports but luckily with the USAF Academy's placement in Colorado, beautiful landscapes abound. I also have a multi-light home studio that is portable for indoor and outdoor locations enabling portraits around the greater Colorado Springs, Colorado area.
